Maybe not quite, but
Bernat Haven wrap with sleeves, from booklet Bernat #542025, Havenly (there are some pics to see of it here (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/crochet-wrap-with-sleeves) including mine I got stuck on LOL)
Oh! here (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=57458) is a post with a pic link to show that one too.
Sorry, if you don't have a login to that site yet. Seems to be the place I always look to now for things. There may be a few more in the search I did (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search?r=&query=cardi*%20shrug&sort=best&view=thumblist#r=&query=cardi*%20shrug&sort=best&view=thumblist&add_id=4&add=crochet&apply=1&history=1) there, if so.
Here is another one maybe, Comfy Cardi (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/comfy-cardi) from the Crochet Me book, is that more like what you're looking for perhaps?

Here's a formula for an easy hybrid. Scroll to the very bottom of the page. You'll see the links for the shrug; how to make it into a jacket; how to make it into a coat.

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the help. I am actually looking for a shrug that if you turn it upside down it goes from being a cardi to a shrug or vice versa. I am sorry if I didn't quite explain it the right way before.
There is one on the internet called two timer cardigan. I just can't seem to find the pattern anywhere.
Thanks again.

This is not exactly it, but closer. I was looking through my Interweave Crochet, Summer 2009 edition, and saw a Shape-Shifting Shawl pattern that reminded me of your request.
There is a pic of it here (http://www.interweavecrochet.com/issue/2009/materials-summer09.asp#Shape-Shifting-Shawl).
Another view of it in the mag shows it being worn like a long-sleeved shrug.
