Chinese Wave Dishcloth

I really like the look of the knitted Chinese Waves dishcloth pattern. Does anyone know if there is a crocheted version? Thanks everyone!

I wonder if you alternated front loop/ back loop each st in sc, it might look similar... (edit) never mind, I just tried a little swatch, cross that off!

I wonder if you could wrap the yarn around the stitch before you make it for that effect. I'll give that a test drive and get back to you.

BTW, thanks for the reminder of the CW stitch... I am now using it for a scarf. :ty

Edit to add... no way. It did not even closely resemble the CW. I considered a [ch 1, sk1, sc in next]... not quite there for me
