fireman bear/doll?

Is there anywhere on the internet that I might find either clothing for a doll/bear, a firetruck, or even a hydrant? My friend in Germany would like to surprise her BIL with something of this order, she has searched and come up empty. I would like to help if I can. Thanks to anyone.:cheer
