Hi..A lady friend of mine wants me to make a long sleeve top made from feather wool...She wants it firm around the bust and then flare out a bit as she is a big lady, sort of like a baby doll pattern and also wants it either v neck or lowish at the neck. Can anyone help me find a pattern that I could work from?

The patterns in Everyday Crochet by Doris Chan include a sweater called Tall Latte, which has a v neck. there is a hip shaping option included which adds up to 6" to the hips, as I recall. the sizes go up to bust 54". the yarn called for is DK weight, but I don't know how that compares to feather wool, as that is a new term for me.
