I am in search of the baby rings pattern from Annie's Attic. It was available in 1992 or thereabouts.
I had this pattern but due to my home burning to the ground the 25th of October 2008, our family lost everything, including our family pets.
My youngest daughter is expecting their first baby in November & I so want to make this for them. Would like to have both the boy & girl set.
I can't trade patterns as I don't have any but would be more than willing to pay.
Thanks to all

There is a baby ring afghan in "Patricia Kristoffersen's Beautiful Borders Baby Blankets" that is very close to the one you are wanting. Hope this helps

Thanks for your help though.

I know exactly which one you're talking about, cuz I was looking for that one too, and I found it on Ebay and they we're asking alot for it. But I didn't end up buying it.

I'm not sure about the pattern on ebay as it doesn't show the picture of that particular afghan, but the posting of the boys sweater & blanket that was made is the boys set that I am looking for & think I have located with help from you all.
There is also a girls set that is very cute & works up easy.
I have made both of these in the past & they are so sweet, I think it would be just the "bringing home baby" outfit.
Thank you all for you responses, they all really lifted my spirits.
God Bless

I got that pattern from Ebay a few months ago.for around $6.00...
In the past If I am looking for a pattern, I will search Ebay, every night, an just play a waiting game...Eventually I will come across the pattern...If I want it bad, I will put it in my Watching area..& when it comes time to bid, place a big spread(on the bidding)Of course I have to sit and think of, how bad do I really want it, & what am I willing to pay.It may not work for some people, but this is what works for me...plus I search the net for said pattern also...When I have a "mission" I don't like to give up. LOL
That particular pattern was published by Annie's Attic.

From seeing the picture, it doesn't seem that it would be that hard to make that kiind of blanket.
I am remembering a ghan shown here recently where the rings were just made into a strip for 'segments' of an afghan. I have done the square with the rings but I didn't really care for it. Doing this ring of rings or the strips makes more sense to me.

there is a MAM pattern with the rings down the center of it, can you adapt it to fit your needs?

Right now on E-bay in the Crochet Afghan. there is an Annie's Attic Pattern called "Wedding Rings" (at $0.99 the last time I looked) that is the same pattern as the Baby Rings(Afghan) of course it doesnt's have the rest of the Layette...But the Afghan would get you started.
