Eeyore and Snoopy are both trademarked/copyrighted characters. In order to legally distribute patterns featuring their likeness, the designer/publisher would have to make licensing arrangements with the trademark/copyright owners. Licensing arrangements are usually very expensive. So expensive that the designer/publisher could usually never sell enough patterns to make back the cost of the licensing arrangements, let alone take care of royalties due with each pattern sold plus recover the costs of developing the pattern in the first place. That's why you rarely see officially licensed patterns for characters like this.
Leisure Arts published a leaflet with stuffed Pooh characters: Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger. The leaflet is out of print, but you can sometimes find it available on ebay.
Some people choose to distribute unlicensed patterns, but Crochetville's guidelines do not allow links to, discussion of, or hints at how to find any unlicensed patterns that might exist. This applies to posts, private messages, and email to other Crochetville members.
There may be other licensed patterns out there that I'm not aware of. If anybody knows of a pattern that you think is licensed, but you're not 100% sure (usually the word "licensed" or "official" is included on the website), send the link to me via PM before posting. I'll be happy to let you know if the link can be posted on the forum.

They have a really nice Winnie the Pooh pattern book and the Eyeore is really cute! They always have them for sale on Ebay for a decent price.
