A friend of mine is pregnant with quads! :yayThey not due until 2010, although the doctor has specifically stated he would be suprised if she makes it past the holiday season.... I was thinking aphgans, but then I got to thinking that these babies are bound to be underweight, and small when they are born, does anyone know any good premie patterns, blankets, bonnets and booties?? maybe sets..... i looked on CPC and Im just not thrilled with the premie stuff I find.....:think Thanks so much for your help!

Instead of CPC try searching under Charity Crochet - preemies. You are bound to find lots of patterns.

Will these little one's have a baptism or other naming ceremony? Perhaps a blanket or bonnets for this occasion.

Don't forget good ol' carseat blankets, these will be helpful for the well baby check up trips.

hats are a great thing because of them being underweight will need to keep their heads covered (to keep their body heat in) my ds age 20 now was 10 weeks early and had to wear a hat for several months...born in the winter will make this really important

here is a pattern nurses recommend; they are open-heeled booties and you could make a bunch in different colors and make matching beanies to match

Youcanmakethis.com has a pattern for some really cute crocheted sandals. If you use baby / sport weight yarn they will be small enough to fit.
