Hat Head thingie?

I know, from my title, you thought you were going to see some wild hat. :) sorry. Just have a question for all you hat makers.

I keep looking at all your wonderful photos of those hat head thingies that so many of you put your hats on to photograph, and have decided I just have to have one so I can better photograph my hats for my scrapbook.

Where do you buy them? Wig stores? Anywhere else?

I especially like the ones with the LOOOONG necks.

Ebay often has wig stand or maniquin heads.
The clear glass heads can be found at Pier One.

You can also try Sally Beauty Supply, if there's one near you (there are about 6 in my area!). I purchased 2 nice styrafoam heads from there, for the express purpose of showing off my hats :D! They were about $3 - if you pay more than that for styrafoam you're overcharged! They also had nice heads with hair for around $20.
