View Full Version : Midnight Swan Bookmarker (Pattern Alert)

Okay in the middle of the night last night I woke up with the overwhelming need to create this bookmarker.
Now I am not into bookmarkers, But I knew what I wanted and how it could be done. So I did a very simple form and went back to bed. Got up this morning and did the final just Boom. No Frogging not quessing. It was just there. Now I quess I had better write up the pattern. I do know a few people that this will make a nice little token gift for this Christmas.

I thought it was pretty good though that it woke me up from a deep sleep and there was no way I was going to rest till I had done something with it.

Glad you got up too--have to run when you have an idea & afraid you'll forget it! Please please post a pattern when you can? I love it!

What a beautiful bookmark!!! Its amazing what our dreams possess us to do....Paul McCartney wrote Yesterday because it was in his dream and what a beautiful song that was! I too would love a copy of your pattern......thank you for sharing!!!:hug

Thanks for all the nice comments. :blush Working on the pattern now. Hope to post it later today. Worked it up with better thread for the pattern so waiting for a better picture before posting. :D

Well another crazy day, But just wanted to let everyone who is interested in this pattern know that I am going to post the pattern in the original pattern links.
My Granddaughter took the original bookmarker home with her today. she's at the age where we want to encourage her to read, read, read, She thought it was great.
