Tassles

ok so once again i made something great out of a mistake...i messed up size for the reading blanket....so i decided that i would make it a baby blanket...but now i want to put tassles on the edges...how would i do that? <img border=0 src="http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/shrug.gif" />

Oooo, if I'm remembering correctly, there's a really good tutorial on tassels on this one site but it's down at the moment. I hate it when that happens! :cry
