Hi folks,
Well, I finally finished the cushion covers that were spawned from a 'find' at the op shop um, week before last. There were only five unfinished ones that I found, the sixth might still be there for all I know.
Here are the piccies of them.
The front, only included so ya can get a squiz at the colors - http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y37/perigrine2/cushioncovers001.jpg - I had this awful idea of trying to get yarm to match the colors on the front and making small squares, sewing them together, to get a quilted sort of crochet back. Gave that idea up fast.
And the backs, two are done in discloth patterns (Falling Leaves and Climbing Shells if I remember rightly) the other three are plain old granny squares coz trying to get 'dishcloths' the right starting size was a pain in the patooty. Each is trimmed with a matching color that is echoed in the main color of another cover. I did think briefly about finding edging patterns do fancy them up a bit, but ran out of yarn (thank goodness).

Now I have to work out what I am going to do now.
