Here's a doily I was antsy to make once I found this gorgeous burgandy thread - Opera thread made in Portugal. I made a set of matching coasters and of course my bumblebee coffee mugs wanted to model them.

Cute doily, and I :manyheart Opera thread.

I got bummed out today because I found out that my local AC Moore is discontinuing it :cry, so when it's all gone, I'll have to buy it on line again.

Of course, I will buy as much as I can when it goes on sale.

Very nice! I like burgundy, too, but I just about totally use nothing but the cheap threads like Aunt Lydia's, etc. Love the bumblebee mugs.
