Made from some scrap yarn from an old ebay win

It’s a holder for my glasses either in the case or out since I don’t have room for my nighttable anymore I needed a place to put my glasses that I could get to quickly as I cannot see but a couple inches in front of me without them.
It’s purple eventhough the pics don’t show it to be.
I’m sure it’s Red Heart yarn in purple multicolor and medium purple (2 strands together one of each) about an ounce or less of each.
L hook
stitch marker or piece of contrasting yarn to mark row.

Chain 13 SC in 2nd CH from hook, SC to last ch 3sc in last ch and sc down other side to next to last 2 sc in last ch
place stitch marker in first sc
DONOT TURN
Round 2
SC in each SC around move stitch marker up.
Round 3-15 repeat row 2
Round 16 sc in sc around to last sc ch 77 slst to opposite side (bag will lay flat) sl st in each ch fasten off.
(You can make the chain (strap) as long or short as needed)
If you need to you can sew a lining of fabric or felt inside.
