New "Diva line" Angel-Sleeved Peasant Top

I have a new "Diva" crochet line I'm creating now, think it's too much for the current crochet crowd?? I am always worried my designs are too sexy, especially now that I am getting so close to publishing :think

They are crocheted freehand from my own pattern, and I use a fab rayon elasticized ribbon that keeps it's shape, the lacing on the back gives it a perfect fit, no matter the figure!

Watcha think?? (OBVIOUSLY the boy shorts are optional and they are lined;) LOL
This was a custom order for a showgirl, I would personally just wear it with a pair of fab jeans and some cute shoes :2rock

Thanks for the feedback:D...actually, I am post baby myself, so you wouldnt catch me wearing one soon(you will in 5 months!LOL)...but I AM planning on a new line, including Plus size(which in ALL HONESTY is NORMAL size to the real world) about sizes 10-18, with new, trend tops and other figure flattering wearables...hhhmmm??:think

Cute! I would make one of these. Just a suggestion to make these a lil' more "everyone" friendly... I would definately try and offer alternative add-ons/tweaks so non-dancers could wear these out, hehe. Something with less openings around the top, or lining, and lengthening the torso of them. I'm slender and I still don't like showing the world my "goods", hehe. These would work nice for exotic dancers or lingerie, too.

let me add a vote, to no, please, by all means, more! There's *plenty* of non-sexy patterns available, precious little of the sexy and modern variety. My personal pref is for border-line sexy-but-I-could-still-wear-it-to-a-respectable-venue-maybe-even-work, but I love the racier stuff too. Plus, bonus, uses less yarn... such economy, such thrift, it's really when you think about it a very practical solution to a crochet addiction *wink* And if I can't bring myself to wear it out of the house, well, my husband's not complaining if I feel I should really get *some* use out of it by wearing it in the privacy of our apartment...

anyway, I second the suggestion of offering suggestions for more modest alternatives for people not willing/able to dive in and make such alterations themselves. I know I for one will be keeping an eye out for any forthcoming patterns you may be selling/sharing, everything I've seen so far has been beautiful!

I agree with having sizes for "real world" women. While I may look thin, my measurements are anything but a size 6 or less. It would be great to have these in a size 10 or more. With patterns like these, I'm sure my Dh would consent to the purchasing of the yarn to make them with! :devil
