Placemats and Hot pad

I inheirit a cone of cotton yarn, kinda looks like cream and sugar? Think that is the name..Well this is what I came up with to use it up.
It's a popcorn stitch or bubble??

Lovely! I can't tell from the picture if it's a popcorn or a bobble, but here's the difference: if you completed each stitch and then joined at the top, forming a cup of sorts, it's a popcorn. If you made the stitches together (like when you decrease), then it's a bobble. Hope that helps! Whatever stitch it is, it's beautiful!

Do you do the scroll saw stuff yourself? I need to come visit you so you can teach me that! We have all the saws and stuff but I don't know how to do it!!
