My sisters and I decided to sell "holiday scarves" this year and we made a packet doing it. Here's my creations that sold:

Those are really cool! I like the red and white one the best (I'm always drawn to anything red). They're all beautiful.

What a great idea. Did they work up fairly quickly? They look so neatly stitched and the patterns are beautiful. You should be very proud of yourself!

Yes, they all worked up quite quickly (less than 2 hours).

I really like the red and white one and the blue one. How do you do that?


The peppermint stick and harlequin are done in a single/double/double (all in the same stitch) pattern to create a bumpy popcorn effect. What I like about it is that when you use two colors (say black & white) one side of the scarf looks more black and the other side looks like it has more white (kind of a trip).

Well, since green is my favorite color, that one is my favorite one.

I love that you named your projects! I'm going to have to start doing that!
