Halloween Witch Hat?

Does anyone know where I could find a pattern to crochet a witches hat? I've been looking for one to make for my 3 year old to wear on Halloween, and can't seem to locate one. :think

I made a witch hat using the pattern suggested by Lovecrochet for my daughter. The adjustments were fairly easy. She also wanted a wide brim so I just crocheted in the round at the base of this pattern until I had the desired diameter and then single crochted around a circle of thin wire for stiffness.
