stretchy slippers

does anyone know of an online slipper pattern that works up really stretchy? My Mom's on dialysis so sometimes her feet are huge and swollen and sometimes they're not. I'd like to make her slippers that are comfy when she's puffy and don't fall off when she's not.

I was given a skein of TLC Amore that is 20% nylon. Its appearance on the skein is quite deceiving. It turns out to be quite stretchy. I used it to make several coffee cup cozies and they easily accommodated a number of paper coffee cup sizes (nicely protecting your hands from both hot and cold drinks). RH Plush is the exact same yarn in different colors. I used a combination of TLC Amore and RH Plush to make some ballerina slippers that were so stretchy they easily hugged many foot sizes. I think this yarn might improve your results on any slipper pattern you choose.
