Anne Cabot Pattern - PLEASE CLOSE THREAD

I am looking for a specific pattern and am hoping someone can help me.

It's an Anne Cabot crochet pattern called Rose Pot Holder and the number is 5044. This is made using crochet thread.

I used to have this pattern but misplaced it years ago and never have been able to find it.:yay

It has a rose in the center. 2 small and 1 large leaf are made separately and attached to the rose for each of the corners.

If you have the potholder, it would be fairly easy, albeit time consuming, to duplicate. Just move stitches and count. I know I have done that before.
