I wanted to ask you about the name :) but then I forgot!! I am planning to try it out now after hubby leaves for work(its 10:04 am here in India) , need a break from a doily I am working on lol:) Will let you know as soon as I finish!

Thank you all for the nice comments. I forgot to tell the "story" for the square, I remember the lady in Schoharie telling me about a spring storm they were having up there, and the high winds blowing the snow in swirlies. That's where the idea came from. Enjoy the pattern, all, and mimiMia we want to see your finished pillowghan!

That is one pretty square. I printed it out and hope to make it soon. Just have to finish 3 other WIPs (afghans) before I will let myself start another one. Anyway, thanks a bunch.
