Anyone ever purchase from this place?

I'm getting ready to jump into spinning (a spindle will be going on my Christmas list if I can wait that long). Looking at "local" suppliers, I found this place:

They have wool roving at $13 a pound which seems extremely affordable. I could potentially drive to pick it up depending on their shipping charges. Wanted to know what everyone's opinion is.:daydreami

Never bought from there, but the page is now bookmarked :D It is a good price and I like supporting independent farmers when I can.

If you could drive out there, go ahead and ask if she'd be able to give you a quick spinning lesson. Just about all the fiber people I've met are really nice and more than happy to help a newbie out. Ok...get them hooked is more like it...but still it's nice :devil
