My first capelet

My mother decided she wanted a small poncho to wear this winter. We looked around at various patterns and finally settled on the <a href="http://www.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/lionbrand/index.fcgi?page=http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/chs-townAndCountryCapelet.html" target="_new">Town & Country Capelet</a> from Lion Brand. It was really easy, and took three skeins of LB Homespun. Mom chose the color 'Prairie' for it. Thanks everybody! :ty This is one of the first things I've made that I like on the 'wrong' side better than the 'right'. The Homespun is a bit more textural. Of course, can't control which side Mom wears it on, but I'm gonna nag like crazy!! :lol
