Mom's socks

I am trying to get socks done for everyone in my family for Christmas - here's my Mom's. I use the Jacquard!Jacquard! pattern from Crocheted socks!
The patterns says it is designed for the Jacquard patterned yarn so I thought I would try it. I love this book- probably the best buy I have found so far of all my many books because I have used it so much. I used the LBY Magic stripes Sea Blue pattern because blue is my mom's favorite color. It has a really intense teal/blue in it.

You are doing a great job on those socks. I have not tried doing socks yet but perhaps somewhere down the line a future project. Your socks should be appreciated by all the family members.

Socks are fun to make. And with so many new and fun yarns, they can be quite the accessory to your wardrobe. I have made a couple of pairs and plan on making more for the holidays as gifts.

Just really count each row and you should have no problem.

Awesome socks! I was wondering how long it takes you to finish a pair, they look like they'd take a long time! It is something I've always wanted to try for myself, maybe after the holidays and gifts are all done. Thanks for sharing:cheer
