#10/20/30 Cotton Thread - Christening Set?

I am looking for a christening outfit that I can crochet with #10, 20, or 30 white crochet cotton. I have been looking for a pattern for years. I saw one today at a fair and the lady that made the dress wouldn't tell me where I could purchase the pattern or where I could find one. She says's it's a secret. I have seen this pattern before. I think it's filet crochet, the skirt part of the dress is filet, but the bottom is Pineapples all around the bottom with small crocheted roses (but she may have put the roses on herself). The top part is short sleeve. Anyway, if I can't find this pattern I am looking for something that I can crochet with this fine cotton. I don't want to use baby yarn or any other smaller yarn they have out there. I prefer to try it with the cotton thread. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated. The pattern was very simple to do. If I could of brought the dress home I would of been able to figure it out by looking at it. Thank you.....Mary
