I had such a nice day with my Daughter and Granddaugther. One of the nicest things was when my Granddaughter showed up wearing the poncho I made for her last Christmas. For some reason we never got a picture of it at that time and I hadn't seen her in it all summer. ( Wonder Why?) So I finally got to take a couple of pictures of it and of course her wearing it.

We told her to not look so serious and she took us at our word. She is growning into such a little lady. They grow up way to fast.
The poncho is worsted weight RH Done in a cluster stitch It has a V neck opening that has a string tie. There are beads along the neck and along the bottom of the poncho. It has a ruffled edging using both the colors in the poncho. And yes it is my own design.

That is stunning! I love the ruffling at that bottom and the beads make it look so elegant. You did a great job!
