There's a pattern for one on the second page of this thread (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=49344.0) on craftster.

There is an easy formula to make various shapes. Here is how with dc stitches, however you can replace the dc with the stitch of your choice.

Ch 3, join with sl to make a ring. Ch 3, dc in same stitch, *2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next st, repeat from * around, join with sl st.

Continue the rounds until desired size is made increasing the number of stitches between the 2 dc in 1 dc on each round. For example, round 2 would be 2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next 2 st. Round 3 would be 2 dc in next st, 1 dc in next 3 st.

Hope that is understandable. If you want a pentagon, then start with 10 st in the ring, and octagon, start with 16 st. Hope you get the idea.
