Here are pictures of the Treasure Keepers that I made. I found the pattern in Hooked on Crochet, #42, page 24. I changed the pattern by putting the draw strings on the top, The pattern had it on the bottom. I could see children wanting their Treasure keeper with the heads up, so that is what I did. :angel

Those are so cute! I used to have that pattern but my son and I had to leave his dad due to the fact he was so violent so we lost everything! That is soooo nice. I love them Great job!

Oh my goodness, those are just too cute. They'd be great for my boys' Yu-gi-oh cards, marbles, their allowance, or all their neat rocks and junk, or to donate to teachers who have little treasure boxes with little things to reward students. I'm gonna have to scour ebay to see if I can find that pattern.

They are so cute! I need to try that pattern! I will look for that mag. Our stores are terrible about not having crochet mags. Walmart has zero! Just a few baby pattern or stitch booklets in the yarn section.

I love these little bags so much!!! I would love to make a few of them but I can't find that magazine at walmart, kmart or my local bookstore. Ugh. I may have to go from your pics if I want to make one lol!

I found a little drawstring bag pattern online I can use & add face features to. I'll see how that goes. I really need to get a subscription to one or two crochet mags lol! Our stores really suck for finding anything crochet. I just read (here at Crochetville no less!) that a Hobby Lobby is coming near where I live though! I am shocked & thrilled at the same time! (we do not have JoAnns or Michaels)Anyway, I'm going to give this a try because I love those little bags! You did a fantastic job!
