Since I had an eye appointment in Fullerton, I thought I'd swing by the Yorba Linda location of The Tall Mouse - I hadn't been there in years... and certainly not since I have become reacquainted with crocheting.
:ohdear There were so many nice yarns there. I do mean YUMMY yarns! Luscious Italian yarns... quirky fun and zany yarns. They were displayed by color families... instead of label. Something for the eyes to feast upon! :faint I nearly fainted!
I purchased four skeins only... and completely blew my budget! ha! Two skeins for myself and two for my Holiday gift exchange Pal.

It's soft and black, with little bits of bright pink, turquoise, lime and yellow slubbed in. :wowdrool Crocheted together with TLC amore... it may become the scarf of my dreams.
Needless to say... it's a good thing this shop is several cities away... and not on the way to anywhere I need to go very often. Yikes. I could've gone absolutely bonkers there!
