I went into Jo-Ann's this morning for some yarn (surprise!) and they put a little flyer in my bag. It has the following coupons on it:

20% off Total Purchase (inc sale items)
Valid 6-9am 11/25 only

10% off Total Purchase (inc sale items)
Valid 9a-noon 11/25 only

50% off one item (reg price)
Valid noon-10pm 11/25 only

50% off one item (reg price)
Valid all day 11/26 only

(I am almost positive that Michaels will have a huge sale or big coupon for Fri as well. This weeks ad only runs through Weds. Hopefully there will be a new flyer in my paper on Weds)

P.S. They have stacks of these flyers with the coupons on them by the registers. I'm sure even if you don't buy anything you can take one.

Jo-Ann is also going nuts with the on-line coupons. I got a 50% off (until Wed.) and 2 new flyers in my email this morning. One is for this weekend and one is for a "Super Weekend", Dec. 10 & 11th. :c9

When you're shopping on Friday, think of me... I'll be on a cash register.

You poor thing! I do not envy you!!! Although I don't know how much shopping I'll do. I have to work UGH! So I should be able to at least go to one store... (My hubby and I always look over all the ads and see which store has the most stuff on sale that we want and we get there early in the morning. Maybe since I've got this brace on my leg and can hardly walk people will feel sorry for me and let me at the front of the line!!! YEA RIGHT!!!!)

OMG I'm so sorry... I'm very thankful I don't need to be in that early! I'm scheduled 10-5... when the early earlybirds are done, and then the less insane but much more impatient second wave comes along... the ones that can't be bothered to be there at 6 am when the store opens, but expect the service to be just as fast as 10 am on a regular weekday when there's like two customers in the store...

"You mean I have to wait in LINE to get this cut?!?!"

"Uh.... yeah?"

We -can- survive this! :D
