My first attempt... Photos on blog!

Now showing on my blog is my first attempt at koolaid dying in the microwave. Things to remember next time:

Soak longer

open the skein a bit while in the dyebath so it soaks into the center

don't crowd so much yarn in one pyrex dish

Thanks Roxanne! I am itching to do some more, and I have some bulky yarn that needs dying...I wonder how pink lemonade will turn out!

Photos will be on my blog tonight, tried pink lemonade/strawberry; black cherry (yum!) and grape/strawberry; will be drying shortly
