Rag Shop 1 Pounder Irregulars

Rag Shop has a bin at the end of their yarn aisle that has yarn bagged up for $6.99 each on sale for $3.29! Most of it looked like Caron One Pounders but I found 2 bags of beautiful blue chennille yarn! Each bag has 1 pound of yarn in it but no labels so you don't know what brand you are buying... However, I do think that for 3 whole skeins of chenille (which is what was in the bag) for $3.29, that was a good deal! I am seriously thinking of going back there and getting the other bag (if it's still there!)

If anyone has a RS near you, check it out!

So it was a good deal? I haven't bought chenille before... Maybe I should go by there tomorrow and get that other bag. I wonder what I could make with 2 pounds of beautiful navy blue chenille? :devil

Heck yeah that's a good deal, especially if it is the 'thick and quick' variety. Thanks for the tip, I get their coupons in my email, but have never stepped foot in there, I live about an hour or so away from one. Maybe before I move away, so they have em in Florida? Good to know. Where do you live anyway DonnaLynn? I'm moving to Tampa soon. :)

Oh yeah, I've bought quite a bit of these one pound bags of yarn from The Rag Shop. Each time I've used a 40% coupon. Luckily I have a store a mile away so I frequently pop in there.

I live in Ocala, Florida...

After pricing the Thick and Quick skeins at $6.99 a pop and considering you get 4 skeins in the bag at Rag Shop for under $4 I would say that's a deal! I am going to go back in there this weekend and see if they have anymore of it!!!!
