I'm done - I did send a pm before I read that you wanted us to post here :P
I used Sugar 'n Cream in Summer Splash 'cos it's what I had handy that wasn't white. I made 21 petals over a tiny, thick elastic. In reality it looks like there are two layers of petals, one on top of the other, which doesn't show in the photo.

It took me about ten minutes to make this and I'll make more as I get more scraps. I'm thinking of adding beads to the tips next time.

Here is mine. Done a little more loosely like this...it would make a good gift for the sunflower lovers you know :) You can find the original picture which is 800x600 by clicking on the image. I used Red Heart Super Saver in Warm Brown and an H/8 Hook on a thin elastic hair tie.

Hi - I finished mine in about 20 minutes. It was very quick and easy. I also used cotton (Lion Brand). I'll try posting a picture tomorrow when I get home from work.Thanks Jimmie Lu!
