drawstring bookbag pattern accepted

Hi everyone, my drawstring bookbag pattern has been accepted
for Crochet Pattern A day 2007 calendar:clap
*jumping for joy* I'm so excited! It's my first time being published.

My DH cracks me up, he is happy for me and keeps telling his friends
'my wifes knitting pattern for her crocheted bookbag is going to be published in a calendar'...lol!
He thinks knitting and crocheting are the same thing.:blush ...still luv him to bits tho.

Then I will have to buy the 2007 calander as well :)
(I want to make that, sometime, in the future)


My solution to that problem was having him understand:
one needle=crochet
two needles(or more)=knitting

lol...yup, DH is totally lost with the crochet thing. I've tried explaining the difference between crochet and knit, but I gave up a long time ago:think
Even my family gets it mixed up. And whenever I used to correct them on it, DH used to say I sounded like a little stuck up!...lol:thair
He's even had the nerve to tell me, 'can you knit me a new hat?'

So, its kind of a lost cause over here...lol...as long as he's ok about my yarn/pattern book stash, its all good, he can stay...lol.

Everyone should have them (in my honest opinion) :D
