Mouse cat toy

Hi,

There was a pattern somewhere for a mouse cat toy made of twine or hemp. The directions said that you could fill it with cotton, catnip or the clear plastic stuff that is part of bills and such.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I thought I saw the pattern on crochetme but I don't see it there.
