My Hobby Lobby had three 3.5 oz. skeins of Bernat Lana 100% Merino Wool (natural) in the clearance bin!

Regularly $5.21, they were $2.60 each. A gal was marking things in another isle and I asked her if this was right and she said they weren't going to carry it any more. Woohoo! :yay

I got all three, of course!

I'm going to finally try dying my own and making something to felt with this.
(I hope this brand is good for felting).

I got some Lana from HL a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I'd seen it there and it was in the clearance bin for the same price you paid. I liked how it felted, which is good but also bad since they won't have it anymore and I haven't seen it anywhere else around here.

I finished a hat in it, and am about to start a scarf.... It's sad that they won't carry it anymore... I really love it.

BUt, it sounds like I should look into stocking up on it.

Darn it all...my HL had several skeins of this yarn, but it's still full price. I wanted to corner the manager and ask him/her to check if it should've been marked down, but I didn't have time today. I may check back or call later.
