Crochet Hook handle Cover?

I've been using my Alum N hook to make that baby blanket for the CAL. It's hurting my hand. Anyone know of a pattern for a hook end cover type of thing? Just for a little cushioning.

I've been having a problem with my alum hooks too and on another thread people were suggesting that I cover it with Scuply clay and not only does it provide a cushion but you can make sure it's customized to fit your grip. I couldn't find any sculpy (and Rose Art Modeling Clay DOES NOT work!) but I got some Crayola Model Magic and it is hardening. (The box says to leave it out for 24 hours to completely harden. Give it a try!!!
