Hi everyone
After having various extremely different levels of service from different online yarn shops, and having a conversation with someone here about a particularly bad experience, I thought it might be a good idea to have one thread which deals with the problems arising from online yarn shops. If you have ever seen the UK TV programme "Watchdog" where customer complaints are raised and consumers warned about scams/poor service etc I think it would be a good idea to have one thread where you can check what is going on before you order. I also think we should have the opportunity to say when an online shop is fantastic...
What does everyone think? Good Idea/Bad Idea?
I'll start it off with a great recommendation: www.getknitted.com - they have a great sales page, orders are shipped quickly with mini-goodies inside (based on two orders).
