Buttons needed please

Hi !
I've tried and tried all the useful information about buttons ...but I have to face it ..I'm no good at it. Infact hopeless !!! I've managed to confuse myself thoroughly. Can I please have buttons for my Blog ? Hooks and Laces......or Yasmin's Blog ?
I'd really appreciate help on this. Thanking you in advance.
