Emerald's Song #10 original Design for Birthstone Doilies

Little slower on this one. The first concept I had for this one just wasn't ready to become reality. So I bagged it and started over. This is the results. Actually I like it better anyway.
This doily is 19 inches across done in size 10 thread with a size 7/1.65mm hook. I used a green metallic blending filament to give it that sparkle. Not all that noticeable in the picture but it really does sparkle in real life.

I'm with Mary Jo - each design you come up with is just too gorgeous for words, and the SPEED with which you've taken these from idea to completion just boggles my mind! I'm in awe!

Thank you for allowing me to test this pattern, Kathy...I didn't have the filiment (none of the stores here carry it) and so I just thought I would work it with a beautiful dark green thread.
