A Spiral Flower

[Mom w/a Motif]

I made this from the 2006 Crochet-A-Day Calendar, it's the September 14th one. (There's two spiral flowers in this calendar). I was sent some beautiful braided hanks of yarn by a wonderful someone :hug ; and this is one of the things I've made so far with some of the yarn. Thank you again; *someone*. :manyheart

Do you know where else that pattern might be found? This looks like a perfect flower for a hat I just finished. I don't have that calendar year but would like to try this flower out.
