They have Lion Brand Chenille Thick & Quick on sale for $1.99 a skein, regularly 7.99. Best sale Iam seeing on it latley so I ordered UMMM way too much but some is left :)

and they had many others from 77 cents and up, the designer yarns were a great buy too and for me the only way I can afford such luxury yarns.

Also on sale there are susan bates hooks and some accessories. I don't know how long it lasts though I didn't see an end date so I assume till its gone.
Sorry if you've already seen I didn't see a thread on it and though it was great for us Chenille lovers.

Thanks for the notice of the chenille! My mom has wanted to make a chenille afghan for a few years now and she'll like to know that she can get it at such a good price. :)

I think I remember seeing something about the sale ending Feb. 15 at midnight. I saw that and almost pulled out my credit card. I've never worked with Chenille Thick and Quick. Is it easy to use?

It's not like homespun that separates or anything like that.

My problem with homespun is that I could never see what I was doing. Maybe I should try working with lighter colors. Come to think of it. I probably also had a problem with the threads separating too.

Oh my stuff came today SO HAPPY! I also got the turquoise and eucalyptus chenille and its beautiful and the turquoise is very bright.
I also ordered the Filatura Lanatora baby lash in red and black. Never worked with it before but its really nice in person.
Plymouth Encoure D.K. in butterscotch tweed, some of the jamie baby yarns and some Bernate Berella wool....see ordered way too much lol but it's all beautiful. I also got it for no tax being tax free week in NY. SAo if you're in NY and can order before the sale ends, this is the time to do it they will take off the tax for you. But, the shipping was very fast as well and packed very well.

I had a hard time seeing the eucalyptus color on line, it's nice though huh? What are you making with the turquoise? I got that too.

Smiley's is amazing! Last month I odered from Knitting Warehouse and Smiley's on the same day. I was impatient so I paid extra for 2nd day delivery from Knitting Warehouse...I got the Smiley order 2 days later and the Knitting Warehouse took longer! It took them longer to get the order together for shipping so my 2 day expectation turned to 4. Smiley's ROCKS!

Oooooh, what is that pretty pink yarn? And pretty lt. blue in the box?

The pink outside the box is a ribbon yarn that is really soft and I'd swear it was cotton but it's acrylic-Bernat Miami in "Pink Grapefruit". I got it for a halter top for my daughter. I've been debating hard about getting more of this in other colors!

The light blue is Patons Bumblebee in "Morning Glory" it's a soft baby yarn in 100% cotton.

The pink in the box is also Patons Bumblebee in "Wild Rose"

I'm really happy with my purchase and the ship time-I'll order from them again for sure.

The eucalyptus is very pretty not a forest green but a nice dark green color.
With the turqouise I have no idea what I am making lol. My daughter loves the color so most likley somehting for her, either an afghan or room decor, we'll see. With the eucalyptus I am making my mother in law an afghan for christmas. She just got 2 new sofas in a cream background with a faint green leaf pattern running through it and the eucalyptus will go well.
I agree about shipping. I recieved an email the day after I placed my order that told me they were preparing it for shipping and go the box 2 days later.
I went to Michaels and got some of the Moda dea they are getting rid off and the woman and I joked about how adding to our stash was the really hobby.

Oh that will be pretty. I love the ribbon yarns but have no patterns to make anything with them. I picked some up and I'm knitting a poncho and the texture is really neat I can imagine in a top it would be great....now I need to go hunt down more patterns :D
