I have written a tutorial for single crochet and am looking for a complete beginner to test it for me (someone with no knowledge of crochet). If you know of a friend, husband/wife or older child who would like to test it and give me feedback on it, I would appreciate it. Please email me (tandyimhoff@gmail.com) with questions or to request the tutorial. I am only looking for 1-2 testers at this point.

I am not sure how child friendly it is, but if you have a child who would like to try, I am would love that type of feedback also.

The tutorial is in PDF format and covers everything from slip knot and chain through to weaving in ends, as well as a discussion on gauge. The tester will be making a sc rectangle of 6 rows. Eventually I hope to include a free pattern, but do not have that available at this time.

Did you get someone? My Daughter is 12 she will do it. She is able to make granny's but that is all. I am unable to teacher her because of my "attack" grip on yarn while crocheting lol! She will do it!
