I am hooked on these rugs! They are so fast and the possiabilities are endless! I love the colors in this one but I am not happy with it because it is very ruffly at the edges, and easy instructions (by easy I mean idiot proof) on mekeing an oblong or oval rug?

What yarn did you use???

i made a rug using 4 yarns together to get a very thick rug, maybe thats all you need to do ;)
but yea well done onm this one, and the colours are fab!!

I used mainstays, 4 strands togeather. I think maby it was the pattern, it was wierd the way it increased. it wsa on freepatterns.com, i dont have the link saved or I would post it.

mmm it just looks thin from what i can see in the pics :think
to me it just sounds like you increased to many and thats why its curling

Thank you! This was intended to go in my bathroom, but I like the colors so much that I am trying to decide wheather to put it in bedroom, liveing room, or kitchen and decorate said room around it. Just seems a shame to hids such pritty colors in the bathroom, lol.

You go girl!! I'm gone for a few weeks and look what you do- dang, I love crocheted rugs! What size hook are you using with the 4strands of WW? It looks great. I'm thinking my bare half bath needs a rug now LOL. Like I don't have enough going!
