Yarnsale.ca is Canadian and Yarnsale.com is the US. It's a Herrshners "discount outlet online". They do have fabulous prices. They have new stuff all the time.
Here is an excerpt from their site:

You can shop by brand, price or weight, which is great! They don't have much in the books or accessories yet, ok they have 1 booklet. I saw their big billboard sign in Peterborough, Ontario (just NE of Toronto). I originally heard of them at the Creative Sewing and Needlework Festival here in Toronto in October. They hadn't even opened up yet. I have nothing to do with them - I just love a sale! And I love to shop online! :cheer
