My name is Rev. PennyAnnie. I am a Children/Youth Minister. I also teach Crafts and needle arts. :angel

I have been crocheting since I was 10 years old. I have been knitting since I was 8 years old. :knit

I love to spend hours crocheting or knitting to relax. I am so addicted to that I usually bring a project along with me to wait for the Bus or Subway in NYC. If I can find a project in my books, magazine, or internet I love making my own. :b

My passion now is knitting and crocheting Magic Attic dolls clothes. I have been making alot of my own stuff. I can't find that much around for these dolls. I can't even find a book!

I happy to be here with everyone to share my patterns. :sheepjump :sheep jump:wave

I use Reader's Digest the Ultimate Knitting and Crochet Stitches book and The Harmony Guides books for help. I get great ideas.

I look at a crocheting pattern for a baby blanket, if I don't like the stitch I just look at the book. Look up a stitch and try to get the number stitches needed to make it. Then I get it as close as I can by 1 to 3 extra stitches. It is fun. Try it. I bet you can do it if you give it a try. Then you can say I make it up myself. :bow

:welcome Rev. PennyAnnie. This is a great board for inspiring us to crochet. The people here are great with helping others and I sure hope you enjoy it here as much as I have. I have been following patterns for over 30 years now and this year I am finally doing some of my own things. I love crochet. I do a little knitting and did lots of sewing, but always come back to crochet. I never heard of a magic attic doll, but will try and find out what one is and then see what they wear. Well, Glad to have you here.:bounce :clap Corla
