Hello All,
I am verrrry new to this, but I would like someone to test my tank top pattern which I have designed myself. It is meant to be quite fitted, and a standard size 36 bust. I have attached a photo below, it looks quite tight on the mannequin, but the mannequin is actually two sizes too big for it! My dream is to eventually design for plus size women, hence the bigger mannequin. It's the only dress mannequin I have, and I'm too self-conscious to model it myself (I'm a size 36 and it fits me fine). I thought it only right that I offer the tester 6 skeins of Debbie Bliss baby cashmerino in color 340504, all same dye lot as a thank you for doing this for me. I only need one tester though, so first come first served! I am very excited about doing this, as I have high hopes for my little pattern. It should be made of a double knitting weight yarn (I think this is a bit thicker than a sport weight in the US) to a gauge of 4 sts per inch, 3 rows per inch. I usually use a 3.5mm hook to achieve this, although I have found I can also use 4ply with a slightly bigger hook. It's a very quick, simple pattern once you get used to it. I'm more than happy to send it to another country. Many many thanks - Heidi
