I'm really dating myself here ;)
I'm working on a design for 2 balls of 100 % cashmere. 2 balls cost about $90!They don't go very far and since the yarn is pricey I want to make something that's affordable at the same time. It could be worn as a dickie or a scarf and pulls over the head.
Anyway. . here's the image . . a work in progress

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Here's my thought - 2 balls for $90? :faint

:whew Okay, I think I'm recovered. Something else - it sounds like you picked a dickey because you wanted to make something you could wear using only 2 balls. Something else that probably fits those requirements that immediately came to mind was something I saw on Knitty (http://www.knitty.com) that could be lovely when adapted to crochet (especially with cashmere!). The pattern is called Mrs. Beeton (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter05/PATTmrsbeeton.html), and they're a cross between wrist warmers and a ruffled cuff that looks nice sticking out of long sleeves.

it's a lot of money! :embar
I had thought of wrist warmers also. It might be something people are more apt to buy cashmere for. What I didn't mention was that it will be not be sold as a kit so any yarn will do for the pattern.
Thank you so much for the input.
