Hi! I was trying to find a pattern for this type of bollero/poncho ish top. :think

I'm not even sure if it was knit or crocheted! I'm rather new to the whole crocheting thing, but I love doing it! If any one could help me with finding a pattern, making a pattern, or even telling me if it is possible to recreate, that would be so sweet of you! :hug Thank you so much!

It should not be too hard to make as it is a long tube which is knitted flat and stitched from each end to form sleeves and the rest just sits across your back.
Find a soft piece of fabric which is long enough to reach from hand to hand across your back, fold it in half along the length and pin it together to form the sleeves, leaving enough to fit across the back.
Now open up the gap and you should be able to put an arm in each sleeve.
This will give you a bit of an idea of size and shape, then all you need to do is knit or crochet a piece the same size and shape to make your wrap.
If you dont have a piece of fabric to experiment with, use a large towel or even paper.
I saw someone on TV, the other day, wearing a similar thing but it was much smaller and just covered her shoulders and arms. It looked good too.:hug
It is a shawl that gives you a hug :hug so it is called a Shrug.

Crochet any stitch you like, this looks like a dc or trdc, use yarn to get tecture you want, all it is a long rectangle, then fold in half, and whip up from wrist to mid or higher arm, made to fit for you. You can change colors as this has been done. looks very ver y pretty. but realllllly simple, just back forth. hope this helps
