Oh wow the one in the second link is gorgeous!!!!

The one in the first link looks rather simple to make. I'd use either a large thread or perhaps sportweight yarn. Just chain multiples of three, and do chain 5 loops. (like a triangular shawl) If you need more specifics, let me know.
