I ran across this pattern yesterday on the internet. www.***************** (http://www.*****************/) under free patterns.
I was just at www.crochetpatterncental.com (http://www.crochetpatterncental.com) under coats, jackets there was a few bed jackets listed. One was the Draped Bed Jacket that I listed above.

This one is not free but nice because it could be used several ways. http://www.caneyladyscreations.com/what-a-wrap.htm

You might look at the shrug patterns too to see if anything there interests you:

How about whipping up one of the popular shrugs that are out now... They are so quick you could do a couple of them and they are not only warm but pretty..

I've made the draped bed jacket; it's easy and quick to do and it's very pretty made up.

Hummywinger was thinking the same as me....
make one of the shrugs...she can wear it while in bed or as an outfit :)

Do you have a picture? It's hard for me to tell from the picture with the pattern exactly what it looks like. Do you use it as a bed jacket or as a shrug?
Thanks,
Tamar

A shrug is a very good choice. I make all kinds of things for a local nursing home and I have learned through trial and error that shrugs are the most popular and versatile.

These two patterns are very popular.
